Sound (Based on 4 hours)

Calm Sound Package
Convenient for smaller areas and calmer get-togethers. Includes 2 loud speakers with all music groups available.
$200.00/for 4 hours

Intermediate Sound Package
Used for a fun night of dancing in a medium sized facility. Includes 2 loud speakers and 2 subwoofers with all the music groups available.
$250.00/for 4 hours

Superior Sound Package
If Intermediate is to small and Ultimate is too big, try the Superior sound package! Includes 4 loud speakers and 2 subwoofers with all music groups available. Great for a dance or party in around a 400 sqft. area.
$300.00/for 4 hours

Ultimate Sound Package
Designed to give the greatest of sound quality in any situation. Primarily used in clubs and dances where sound is important. Includes 6 loud speakers and 2 subwoofers. Provides a surround sound experience.

Lighting (per hour)

Basic Lighting Package
Included with Intermediate and Ultra sound packages at no cost if wanted. Primary usage in smaller facilities. Includes an arrangement of 5 lights.
$13.00 per hour

Premier Lighting Package
For the best of the best in lighting enjoyment. Includes an arrangement of 10 lights.
$25.00 per hour

Fog (Based on 4 hours)
Can be included for extra enjoyment.

Event Contract

Sinister Sound DJ'n is a local DJ'ing service striving to provide superior quality sound and lighting for reasonable prices. By signing this contract you agree to all terms listed below in this contract. Sinister Sound DJ'n is not liable for any personal injury or property damage due to our lighting or sound. Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sinister Sound, Matt Bytheway, and/or Josh Breha for any and all claims arising out of the services provided hereunder, including, but not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or other economic or non-economic loss.
In the event of the inability or failure of Sinister Sound, Matt Bytheway, and/or Josh Breha to perform the duties provided hereunder for any reason, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of any amount paid in advance. It is specifically understood that the customer shall not be entitled to recover any amount other than the fee paid for the services described herein and, in no event, shall customer be entitled to recover any consequential, incidental, or other like damages.
It is specifically understood that the entire fee set forth herein is due in advance. Should payment not be timely made, the obligations of Sinister Sound, Matt Bytheway, and/or Josh Breha provided herein are deemed waived by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the event set forth within the terms of this agreement, Sinister Sound, Matt Bytheway, and/or Josh Breha will utilize their best, reasonable efforts to secure a substitute event. In the event that Sinister Sound, Matt Bytheway, and/or Josh Breha, are able to secure a substitute event, then the payment set forth herein will not be due and owing. In the event that Sinister Sound, Matt Bytheway, and/or Josh Breha are not able to secure a substitute event, then 50% of the amount set forth herein will be due and owing and must be paid within seven (7) days of the date set forth for the event described herein. If, under these curcumstances, payment is not timely made, Sinister Sound, Matt Bytheway, and/or Josh Breha shall be entitled to seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

The performing DJ will ask the person/persons booking the event if there are any known health problems/issues of any of the participants/attendee's and if any lights, fog or sound equipment should not be used. Genre's of music are also discussed before the event to determine what music can and cannot be played. Explicit Language That May Be Heard Is Not Our Responsibility. We will do our best to keep the music clean and slang free; however some music requests may catch us by surprise. All event prices are determined before contract is signed and full payment is due at the time of the event. Your event price is listed at the end of the contract. Prices vary by distance, equipment used and length of the event. Any concerns should be brought up by the person/persons booking the event at the time of the interview and before signing contract.
